CONCRETE SEQUENCER
CONCRETE SEQUENCER
programmed by Remo De Vico
This is one of my very first creations,
so I can’t help but feel attached to it despite its many flaws.
I wanted a sequencer that would allow me to break free from the time grid,
so I designed it with just one potentiometer for setting the time in milliseconds.
It’s challenging to use, but if you record your entire improvisation with the tool,
you’ll always end up with something interesting.
The instrument includes an internal mixer that lets you adjust the volumes of the four samples.
You can load any sound sample you like and tweak its pitch and reverb individually to suit your taste.
Additionally, there’s a chaotic option that generates random sequences,
which I find both fun and inspiring.
